Alcina Dimitrescu is the main antagonist of Resident Evil Village. Her design, look, and height, seems to bear a resemblance to the Japanese urban legend Hachishaku-sama. Both are pale, very tall, and are known to wear wide brimmed hats. The only difference is how they choose their victims – Lady Dimitrescu sticks to women, while Hachishaku-sama prefers children.
