Despite the fact, that Ethan Winter’s face in Resident Evil Village face is censored the same way it was in its predecessor, it is fully modeled and only covered with a texture. It is possible to remove said censorship with a mod. Ethan’s face was based off Yaya Chamki, a model from Tunisian Acqua agency.
