After finishing the race in Mafia: Definitive Edition the player can explore the surrounding area. Peeking out of the broken window in one of the warehouses reveals a pair of thugs beating one of the drivers. That driver is probably Martin Lichtenberg, who had worked for Morello family, and whose car Tommy tampered with in the prior mission.
