Motorcycle ban

Even though motorcycles appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, which takes place in 1998, they are nowhere to be found in Grand Theft Auto 3, placed in 2001. This plot hole has been explained in GTA: LCS official manual. Motorcycles were banned sometime before GTA 3 starts.
